You can buy ticket from the driver or probably on the bus station is Oswiecim. A lot of different companies operating on this route so won't be a problem to come back any time from Oswiecim to Krakow.

Usually, passengers with pre-purchased tickets are given priority when boarding. At the moment it is already out of season, so buses Krakow - Oswiecim should not be so crowded.
